2024 Summer Leadership Conference

General Information

  • Event date: July 31-August 1, 2024

  • Location: The Boise Centre

  • Expected attendance: roughly 550-600 registrants

  • Topics focus on leadership and depend on the survey results sent to all members.

  • Attendees include superintendents, principals, special education directors, and a range of other educational leaders from Idaho.

  • Exhibition spaces are projected to start at $1,200.

  • Exhibition spaces are limited and fill up every year! Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Logistics

Projected Set-Up and Move-Out Information

Set up will be 3:00 to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30. The Boise Centre requires all set-up and move-out activity to occur through its loading dock located on 9th Street. Materials can be shipped to the Boise Centre but may arrive no earlier than July 30. Please be aware that no exhibition materials may be loaded through any glass door entries to the Boise Centre (Must use 9th Street loading dock).

Move-out will start at roughly 2:30 pm, Thursday, August 1

Exhibition Space Details

Exhibition space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibition space size is 10' wide x 8' deep and includes pipe and drape, a covered 6' table, and two chairs. Electricity is available upon request at no additional cost. Please bring a power strip if you require more than one electrical outlet. 

​The IASA reserves the right to amend exhibition location assignments and details.

​The Boise Centre offers open WiFi. The speed can be slow, however.

Registration/Exhibition Breaks

The IASA offers Exhibition Passport door prizes to incentivize attendees to visit exhibitors. You will be asked to initial exhibition passports throughout the conference. Based on our draft schedule, we anticipate that you will have the heaviest traffic at the following times:

Wednesday: 7:30-8:30 am, 1:00-1:30 pm and 3:45-5:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00-8:30 am, 9:30-9:45 am, 12-12:30 pm, 1:15-1:30 pm, 2:30-2:45 pm

2024 Blue Jeans Conference

General Information

  • Event date: March 5-6, 2024

  • Location: The Boise Centre

  • Expected attendance: roughly 150-200 registrants

  • Topics include Special Education and 504 Law, Behavior, etc.

  • Attendees include special education directors, principals, and superintendents.

  • Sponsorship starts at $1,500.

  • Limited space! Only 8-12 sponsorships are available.

Please make your reservations early as several other big events are taking place in downtown Boise on these days. (Several hotels are already fully booked!) We arranged for a block of 25 rooms at the Grove Hotel.

About the Grove Hotel:

  • On the same block as the Boise Centre and Boise's premier restaurants--no need for transportation
